This agreement is to verify your participation in the Handmade Holiday Market on Saturday, November 26, 2022, from 4p-8p at Espresso Yourself and Mix & Match at the corner of Macklind and Devonshire. Each Small Business vendor must bring own 6-foot table, but two chairs will be provided with their registration. Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands however, if you are bringing an additional table, you MUST notify the event team at the time of registration. We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display. Outlets are available for electronic equipment, but are limited, those needs should be specified at the bottom of the agreement. Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits to an 8’x8’ display size. Larger displays should give prior notice to the event coordinator. Espresso Yourself and Mix & Match are not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products. Vendors may have access to event space beginning 3:30 pm and concludes at 8:00 pm. Participation in the Saturday, November 26, 2022, Holiday Market Pop-Up Shop is voluntary, and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services. Vendors must pay the registration fee of $50 before vending space is reserved. Vendor space will be specified by sponsors and all vending areas have an equal amount of visibility. There are no bad spaces. Sponsors will preselect vendor space for each small business based on your products, however, vendors reserve the right to request a different space, although it is not guaranteed. Payment shall be made directly through PayPal or with any major credit card. Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event this event is canceled by the sponsors, this contract is null, and void and vendors will receive a full refund. Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the Handmade Spring Market Pop-Up Shop. Your signature verifies your consent to these terms.
